What people usually ask.

Which systems are supported?+

Linux with systemd (Ubuntu, Debian, RHEL and most current distributions) and Windows. Other systems, like QNAP or macOS, aren’t supported for now.

Do I need to open ports or change my firewall?+

No. The agent connects out to Daemoni over HTTPS; nothing reaches your server from outside.

Can I use it without the app?+

Yes. Everything is available in the web dashboard. The app adds push notifications and the summary in your pocket.

How does it alert me?+

With push notifications and, on Pro, WhatsApp too. Each alert says what happened and since when, and you can set quiet hours.

What happens if I leave Pro?+

You go back to Free without losing anything. Your oldest server stays monitored; the rest stop being monitored (not deleted) until you go Pro again.

Can I remove the agent?+

Yes, with one command. The app and the web show the steps to uninstall it on Linux and Windows.
